My father went to the front desk because his room key wasn’t working. Staff handed him a key to a different room that was occupied, without checking his ID, reservation, name, or even the room number. He walked into another guest’s room without knowing it wasn’t his. I reported what happened to management, but they didn’t ask for my name or room number and didn’t seem to take it seriously. It was a major breach of safety and privacy, and left me feeling that neither mattered to the hotel. Other guests should know about this before booking.

The grounds were clean and nicely landscaped, with lots of greenery. Our room was clean and ordinary, and housekeeping was warm and kind. We’re traveling with a service dog and had no trouble about that. Just a simple, excellent stay.

From the start to the finish, the staff helped make everything smooth and wonderful. They were kind, quick, flexible, and made me feel safe. I came away with such a great impression of the area because of the people here. The place was clean too. Big thanks to the whole team for a great stay.
