Gordon Highway Inn

The room was only $29, so I suppose you get what you pay for, but I’d have been unhappy if I’d paid more. It was relatively clean, though it looked nothing like the website photos. The first room I was given was even worse than the clean one I eventually got. I arrived at 2:00pm, and although rooms were available, the clerk wanted an early check-in fee for one hour. She was extremely rude. I left and returned, then was assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When I complained, she blamed me for coming back at 2:45, even though a clean room had been available all along. I don’t know if the rooms shown online exist anywhere. If the staff member had been kind, I could have put up with the other issues, but her attitude soured the visit from the start.
