It felt like a 1950s motel, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we didn’t see any bugs despite looking. The staff were super friendly and helpful. For a couple nights during Masters week, it worked for us, since the other choices were $1000 more per night.

The donuts and snacks in the lobby were a nice treat in the morning, and we enjoyed our room. The air conditioner worked very well too. We had a wonderful stay, and I plan to come back for the Masters next year.

For MASTERS WEEK, the location is perfect, literally 90 seconds from the course parking at either gate. The rooms aren’t anything special, but they’re clean and neat, with a fresh coat of paint everywhere. The TV worked perfectly for watching Masters highlights.

The tub was stained and filthy, the pillows were nasty, and the sheets hadn’t been changed. There were no face towels or tissues, and the carpet needs shampooing. When we reported the dirty sheets, the Black woman who checked us in was very rude. This place was so nasty. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

During Masters week, this is a great spot for a guys’ trip. The Knights Inn on Boy Scout Rd in Augusta, GA is just off Washington Rd, the main strip for the Masters, and only 1 mile from Magnolia Drive and the tournament entrance. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here that week. The price is reasonable while other Augusta hotels raise their rates and require a 3 night minimum.
