The guests were friendly and helpful, and the staff deserve credit for keeping things going. Mrs. Shelton and Adi work tirelessly at the desk, while Ms. Tara in the laundry is always there with a smile. They really show how much the staff can shape a stay. Great job, team!

We left and found somewhere else to stay. The sheets had stains and pubic hair on them, the pillows had mold, and the bottom half of the door was bent inward like someone had tried to kick it in. I’d have rather slept in my car than stay there. We booked through hotels.com and got the refund about a week later. This was disgusting.

My friends were first given a filthy room with an unmade bed. The replacement room had a flooded floor, so they asked to go back to the first one with fresh sheets. That same night, my car was stolen from the parking lot. The manager or owner refused to give the police the surveillance footage, saying we’d have to pay $100 to rewind it. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t stay here again, and anyone concerned about health or safety should avoid it.

We’d stayed here about five or six times over the past year and a half because of appointments at the Children's Hospital, the reasonable price, and the full breakfast. Since it changed from a Quality Inn to private ownership, the hotel has gotten cleaner, but the service has dropped badly. Breakfast used to include eggs, grits, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage or bacon, yogurt, cereal, bread or bagels, coffee, juice, and more. Now it’s supposed to be continental, but there was barely any food: poorly made grits and waffles, coffee, and no yogurt or bread products. I specifically asked Ali by phone whether the full breakfast was still available, and he said yes. He also checked us in. When I asked about the difference the next morning, he just shrugged. We won’t stay again or recommend it on booking or review sites.
