I had to wait an hour to check in because the person handling check-ins wasn't there and never showed up while I waited. Although I told her I was handicapped and had just left the hospital, she put me in an upstairs room. The sink didn't work, and breakfast was very limited, just bagels and coffee.

One of the night desk clerks needs a mental health check, seriously. She got me kicked out a day before my checkout date for no reason beyond her word, which is questionable at best.

I had to return to my military post after an emergency call, so I left almost immediately after paying for the room. I was inside for maybe one minute, then went back to my car to call and figure out if I really had to leave. I did, and the front desk woman told me to call at 8:30 a.m. to speak with the manager. He was rude and disrespectful when I called. He argued that I had spent 45 minutes in the room, supposedly based on camera footage. I'd like to know which camera showed that. The place was so filthy and nasty, I doubt I could have lasted 45 minutes there. They made no effort to help me as a service member, and I lost my money without staying. Do not go here.

I stayed for a few weeks, which gave me more time to see how the staff worked than a one- or two-night visit would have. They were friendly and kind, and the housekeepers went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. There was free breakfast, and I saw them steadily improving the property, fixing up rooms and working to make the hotel better.
