The service was awful from beginning to end. Staff wouldn’t or couldn’t help with even basic requests, and the manager’s attitude was especially appalling and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We’d already booked and paid online, and were exhausted when we arrived with my boyfriend. They refused to check us in, saying they only give rooms to people over 21, but they hadn’t even checked our IDs or established how old we were. They were rude and told us to leave or they’d call the police. It’s been almost 24 hours and they still haven’t accepted the free cancellation they said they would. The front desk woman said it wasn’t her problem, it was mine. How is that just my problem when I booked at their hotel? I was patient while trying to get my money back, and they kept being rude. Please don’t book here. They’re rude and won’t return your money!

Friendly people, and the place is quiet and calm. The bed was comfortable, the shower decent, and the TV, microwave, and mini fridge all worked well. It’s close to Racetrack, BP, and restaurants. But there are some roaches, and I had to buy a can of Raid. There’s no room service, so you have to go ask if you need anything, and they only take cash. The outside area could use some cleaning, too. At $330.00 weekly, it was one of the cheapest places I could find. The price fits the quality.

Owners were rude and unfriendly, and I won't stay here again with them running the place. We paid too much, got a room with roaches and filth, and the so-called presidential suite had nothing extra compared with the other rooms. The advertised breakfast wasn't there, and trash was overflowing. My 80-year-old veteran father was told to move upstairs even though staff had been told he couldn't manage stairs. We booked for a month but left two weeks early, and they refused any kind of refund.
