I've stayed here well over 100 times, and about 98% of those visits were complaint free. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the property is well kept, and everything in the room works. Most importantly, no bugs! There's plenty of food nearby and it's close to downtown. For the quality of the rooms, especially compared with others in the area, you can't beat it. I was sad at first when the original managers left, but the new managers are as cool as can be. I wasn't sure the manager and I would get along, but he turned out to be a really down-to-earth guy. He wants things done the right way, which I understand, and he'll help however he can to make your stay the best possible. I have no complaints. I really appreciate this hotel and what it offers. They'll have my business now and in the future!

Even checkout was great, with the owner checking that our stay had been what we expected. It was, and then some. We were only there one night, but it was the best experience ever. The front desk employee who checked us in was the sweetest and made us feel at home right away. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. I'd give WestBank Inn 10 stars if I could. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The price was the best around, and I can't think of anything bad to say. It turned out to be really close to my daughter's house, and everything else was nearby too. There was a little gazebo where we could use the grill they provided, and I sat there with my granddaughters. Right outside our room were a bunch of roses, and our car was parked just outside the door. I've had to pick hotels in GA a lot without knowing the area, and some have been horrible. This time it was an emergency, so I booked online for just one night. When we arrived, Mr. Patel greeted us with a smile and was very, very nice. He noticed my husband was disabled and switched us to a handicap accessible room without us even asking. It was clean, had a mini fridge and microwave, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies after being up for over 24 hours. Mr. Patel was training a new girl, Veronica, who seemed sweet too. We ended up needing two extra days, and he rebooked us one night at a time. Next time we're in Georgia, this will be our hotel. Sorry I'm only calling you Mr. Patel, I couldn't read your first name. See you next time we're in town.

I feel safe staying here. The rooms are clean, and the staff are really nice. There are restaurants within walking distance all around, plus a grocery store and gas station right here. They've also got a washer and dryer on-site.

Fine for one night, but the rooms could use some serious upgrades. Mine was clean. The entry drive is really narrow and needs resurfacing. Breakfast was almost nonexistent, and the coffee was horrible.
