The stale muffins and the people hanging around the hotel made us uncomfortable, and the room itself was a letdown. We asked for a queen but got a full. The front desk guy measured it and insisted it was a queen, though the queen-size pillows we brought hung over the sides. There were roaches, too. When my wife reported them, he said they hadn’t had a roach problem and suggested someone might have brought them in a suitcase. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana every day of our six-night stay. We paid good money and felt treated unfairly. We’re very unsatisfied and won’t be back.

The room had a big bed, kitchen, table and chair, bathroom, TV, and internet, with plenty of space and good cleanliness. They allow service animals and the fees seemed reasonable. Breakfast included muffins, oatmeal, and coffee. The staff were caring and helped us through things, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Antone on the night shift was the only staff member who was helpful. The rest of the place was filthy: stained surfaces, writing on the walls, a fridge without shelves, and an unclean microwave. The room had a strange smell, and the floors and AC units were sticky. Food was stuck onto the pots and pans, and hairs were embedded in the towels, so bring cleaning supplies and don’t use them to dry off. People set off the fire alarms by smoking in their rooms. They charge an outrageous pet fee for a place this gross. If you’re traveling with kids, don’t stay here.
