A week here has turned into eight because of the hospitality. The staff deserve special thanks. They’re friendly, courteous, and kind, and represent the brand so well. The location is central, which works well for those of us who visit the Denver Metro Area often. This is easily the best Extended Stay I’ve ever frequented.

I could stay somewhere cheaper or closer, but I’ll keep coming back for Pauline’s service. She’s the best in her profession. She always called me Mr. Schwartz, stayed on top of her job, and knew the answers whenever I had a question. The customer service was better than at any hotel. We came from California with our management team for a convention in Denver, and the stay made the trip easy and enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well organized, the amenities were excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everyone on the staff was professional and welcoming. Martha deserves a big thank you for her amazing service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us.

The area is lovely, with restaurants nearby, and it was very quiet with no riff raff. Getting in was easy, but it still felt secure since guests have to go through the lobby. The place was clean, and the staff were amazing, helpful, understanding, and really listened. 10 out of 10.

Everyone from the front desk to maintenance has been friendly, sweet, and helpful. Paulina is always a pleasure to talk to. I can ask for extra toiletries for my room, and they keep the environment clean. My experience here has been amazing.
