Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Denver Aurora/ Medical Center

While I was in the hospital after a prescription medication emergency that required 911 and hospital treatment, hotel staff cleared my room. Police had told them not to enter because of the circumstances, and this happened before my approved 4:00 PM late checkout. My belongings were removed without my authorization, an inventory, or an explanation. Among the missing items were my prescription medication, iPhone, passport and passport holder, personal luxury items, and a binder of collectible cards. I estimate their value at about $4,500. This came after repeated overnight noise, a refusal to move me to another room, and staff not responding to written notice I sent through Marriott’s chat system. I’m a Lifetime Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, and this stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Denver Aurora / Medical Center was deeply concerning and unacceptable. I’m asking the property and Marriott corporate why staff entered despite police instructions, why my things were taken before checkout, and where the missing property is. I’m awaiting a formal response, the return of my belongings, and an appropriate resolution. This is a serious safety, security, and guest-trust issue.
