They said my money would be refunded the next day. A month later, after calling the property several times a day and contacting booking.com at least five times, I still hadn't received it. The property stopped answering them too and wouldn't respond to or honor the refund emails. I booked through Priceline. There was no warning that check-in ended at 6:30 p.m., and when we arrived at 7, nobody was there to talk to and nobody answered the phones. The drug activity was obvious. I spent over an hour on the phone with Priceline, got redirected to booking.com, and they finally reached a woman named Brittany on a second line that wasn't listed anywhere. They're crooks, not a business, and this place should be shut down. Do not stay here.

I spent one day here because it was the cheapest hotel I could find near the airport. The room was in really bad shape and needs remodeling. The only good things I can say are that the towel looked clean and smelled nice, and the toilet paper was good quality. Everything else made the price feel not worth it. I was going to use Airbnb, but everything was booked for Saturday. If I visit Denver again, I'll stay somewhere else. Pay a little more and pick another place, you'll thank me.

The rooms were dirty and gross, and I got thrown off the property when I came to visit my cousin because I didn't have ID. They'd had no trouble charging my card for my cousin's deposit without asking for ID, though. On top of that, the motel parking lot rent-a-cop threatened to put hands on me. Minus five stars.

Don't book here. The listing on Hotels.com is misleading: you pay to secure the booking and see one price online, then arrive to find out visitors aren't allowed, there's another $50 deposit, and there's three pages of paperwork just to get a room. You'd be better off paying a little more for a better experience.

They kept my deposit, claiming I hadn't returned the keys. The woman working the day before had told me to leave the key in the room since I had to catch a flight before they opened at 10 a.m. When I called, they said they couldn't refund the deposit because they couldn't find the key. These people are thieves and criminals. Also, four different people knocked on my room asking for drugs.
