Cambria Hotel Templeton - Paso Robles

No complaints from me. The rooms are spacious and there’s attention to detail, plus the front desk service was very friendly and polite. He even went out of his way to find me the best price for my situation and length of stay. There are three floors, a pool, spa, and bonfire pit with several seats around it. They also have a 24-hour fitness center, full bar, and an in-house cook serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Everyone we met, from reception to the restaurant, was welcoming and upbeat. The rooms are lovely and new, and the gym has good equipment and wasn't crowded. The pool area looked great, though I didn't try it because of the rain. The restaurant offers a nice range of house-made and made-to-order dishes. All in all, a great stay. A Travelzoo deal made it an especially good value.

It's a beautiful, clean hotel and very well designed. Everything seems thoughtfully done, the food is delicious, and at night they have plenty of staff. Breakfast, though, has been a different experience. Guests are giving up and leaving in the morning because there aren't enough servers. On our first morning it took exactly an hour to get breakfast, and today wasn't much better. It's disappointing for a hotel with so much attention to detail to fall short on basic breakfast service. I don't blame the staff, they just don't have enough people. We'll try again next time we're in the area and give them another chance.

Way over the top in the best way. The rooms are huge, beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated, with tons of amenities. The blackout curtains and bathroom light that turns on when you walk in were nice touches. The staff were wonderful. I'll definitely be back.
