Super 8 by Wyndham Aurora East

I'm a Wyndham platinum member, disabled, and had stated in my reservation that I needed an ADA room. They don't accommodate that. Check-in took 30 minutes, and I was nearly unable to hold my urine waiting. I had also listed my service dog, but they made me come back up and accused me of trying to sneak a dog in. I told them it was right there in the reservation. They said the room gets assigned automatically and couldn't be changed. They put me on the second floor. There was only one way in, and I had to walk all the way around the hotel to reach it, with no access to the stairs unless I went around the whole building. The rudeness and lack of professionalism were disturbing. Being treated this way with a disability is something I'll discuss with my attorney. By law, a hotel should accommodate someone with disabilities. I'm sure if I'd wet their floor or fallen because I couldn't manage the stairs, that would've been on them. Shame on this place. Get it together.

We arrived 2/6/26 and left 2/7/26. My husband and I booked a handicap room, but when we opened the door it was still a mess: mop, broom, dirty towels on the floor, and a full trash can that wasn't ours. The staff were rude. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I almost wish we'd picked a cockroach-infested place on Colfax, anything would've been better. We'll never stay at another Super 8 by Wyndham. They suck.

I really appreciated the hospitality. General Manager Pheeb was respectful, helpful, and supportive during my stay. Hector from maintenance was reliable, knowledgeable, and helpful too. They both showed real professionalism and strong hospitality skills. Thank you.

When our trash filled up, they gave us one large 10-gallon bag and told us to take it ourselves to the outside dumpster. They said they don't provide that service unless you request it. Then at checkout, we were only ten minutes late, and they came into the room without knocking and saw me naked. Wouldn't recommend.
