My room was comfortable, nice, and what I expected. I did spot a few small specks of black mold, though, and housekeeping or maintenance should look into them so the property can maintain Marriott’s standards. The stay was very pleasant otherwise, and Ms. Priscilla deserves special mention. She was professional, warm, and welcoming, and made sure guests felt valued from arrival. Her service made the trip more enjoyable and left a lasting impression. Employees like her represent the brand well. Thank you for the hospitality.

We checked in around 7 PM after attending the Egg Bowl at MSU, ahead of our five-hour drive home the next day. It took about 30 minutes for an agent to come to the counter, and nobody answered when we called the front desk. Eventually someone helped us get into room 432. The room was okay, but the bathroom needed more cleaning. There was mold around the shower door and along a crack in a broken shower tile, and dried soap on the shower glass. The carpet was so dirty our white socks turned black. The stay was okay overall.

Lilly and Boquisha were especially friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff were extremely nice, too. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms and common areas were clean as well. Marriott should be proud of this team.

The hotel was in a good location, but the internet was very poor and the front desk staff weren’t very friendly to me. My room felt somewhat clean, though it was nowhere near as immaculate as the hotel I’d just stayed at. I might not come back and will try somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay in a clean room and a pleasant environment. Jasmine, Lauren, Amber, and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Ms. Samantha Bogan was the best manager I’ve ever encountered. This is what Southern Hospitality means, and this hotel is my new go-to whenever I’m in town.
