Corey, the bartender, was amazing, friendly and skilled, and made the bar a fun, welcoming place. The front desk team also made me feel cared for from the minute I arrived and checked in on me daily. Kit especially went above and beyond with kindness and attention. The hotel has a fresh, modern design, and my room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable after a long day. The service, cleanliness, and atmosphere exceeded what I expected. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend the Southwest Aloft in Austin.

Kitt always greets us back from training with a big, genuine smile. After a long day, his warm personality and positive attitude really stand out. Everyone here has been kind, caring, and attentive, checking in to make sure things are going smoothly and that my stay feels restful and comfortable. You can tell they care about the guest experience. I highly recommend staying here.

The bartender was genuinely friendly and had great restaurant recommendations. The front desk experience was less consistent, and sometimes the staff acted as if we were inconveniencing them. The basics were solid: clean rooms, comfortable beds, and everything worked as expected. The hotel looks very modern, though that style isn’t really for me, and the exposed bulbs in the room felt trendier than relaxing. I’d give it 4/5. It would’ve been 5/5 if the front desk matched the rest of the stay.

Aloft Austin Southwest had a warm, lively atmosphere that felt different from a typical chain hotel, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the greater Austin area, and the amenities were excellent. Our room was sleek, well designed, and really comfortable, making it a good base for either work or leisure. We’ll choose it again next time and recommend it highly.

Kit made me feel welcome during my stay. The hotel was clean and beautiful, and I felt safe there. It’s dog friendly, with a designated floor for pet owners, and there’s free parking. The bed was comfy too. I highly recommend it.
