Austin Spacious 1BD 1BA Downtown Apartment

I really liked having my own space, since I prefer that to staying in hotels. The service was lovely, and I appreciated the security measures. We could walk to lots of attractions, and having a grocery store in the building was handy. The apartment was clean and felt safe, with a comfortable bed and hot water. There weren't many hangers, so I'll bring some next time if I'm staying longer.

The large living room made the spacious room especially comfortable, and I loved relaxing on the quiet balcony in the evening. The hotel was clean, and the location made it easy to get around, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. I'd recommend it to others, too.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable for me. I have a Casper mattress at home, so it's hard for me to prefer another one, but this one felt great. For around $1500.00 usd after taxes and processing fees, I got a spacious, clean, well-appointed apartment with a city-facing balcony, private pool access, parking for five days, modern appliances, dishes, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The white granite island and trendy industrial finishes gave the place some style. I booked Kasa in downtown Austin at the last minute for my friends bachelor party weekend; a week earlier, it would've been about $980.00. It had enough convenience for a family and felt stylish enough for a bachelor. If privacy, comfort, and location are your priorities, don't hesitate to book this unit.

The location was great for ACL live, where I was seeing Hayley Williams, and the building felt secure, with keycards for the parking area and building. Unfortunately, the rental had several problems, though I did eventually get a refund. I first found that the door wouldn't lock from outside when I went to move my car and get the parking lanyard. It would lock from inside. I left it unlocked while moving the car, but it still wouldn't lock when I was heading to the concert. Rather than risk being late, I moved my luggage back into the car and left the room unlocked. I planned to ask for help in the morning, but then spotted black mold on the bathroom ceiling near the AC vent. I packed up immediately and checked out a day early. Later, they messaged that they'd replace the lock battery, though I'm not sure how they knew it was dead. It took a lot of arguing with what may have been AI customer service, and threats to report them to local health and safety or do a chargeback, before they refunded the unused night. I'd originally booked two nights, and that was all I was asking them to refund. It wasn't worth the hassle. Also, the ceiling fans ran full blast all night, and I couldn't figure out how to control them. Even with the thermostat adjustable, I was freezing.
