The condo's kitchen had great pans and utensils, so making a meal was easy. I also liked the balcony overlooking the city, and the place was clean. The location is close to restaurants and bars, though the resort sits at the bottom of a big hill. There was noise from guests upstairs as well as from the street. Parking costs $35 a night, and the spaces can't fit tall or oversized vehicles. I didn't like being asked to attend a sales presentation or owner update. Just let us check in without the pressure.

The location was ideal, and our two-bedroom deluxe condo had everything we needed for five nights. It had a very industrial style, and my son was excited to discover the foosball table was regulation size. The view of the Austin skyline was wonderful too. We had a wonderful stay at this resort.

The location was great and felt safe, with good restaurants nearby. Ranch 616 especially impressed me. The building looks fairly new, the parking garage was easy to use and less cramped than some hotel garages, and the suite was nice. Staff were fairly nice too. I attended a sales presentation with Grand Vacations, and it went as they had promised. They followed through on what they said.

We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. The accommodations were clean and modern. Restaurants, running trails, shops and entertainment are all within walking distance, yet the hotel is tucked away enough to be quiet at night. Parking is $35 a night, which makes sense for this location. Being able to walk to so many places also helps avoid other parking costs or paying for an Uber. A lobby pitcher of ice water with lemon during the day would have been a nice extra, but that's just the cherry on top.

My daughter and I had a great stay at the Wyndham vacation in Austin, Texas. We booked a one-bedroom, and the amenities were amazing. I also sat through the presentation. Angel was absolutely fabulous and did an amazing job.
