Comfort Suites Pflugerville - Austin North

I'm a social worker, and I didn't stay at the hotel myself. I see the best and worst of humanity through my work, and the staff here are firmly among the best. We had a case that needed emergency shelter, and it got difficult at times, but the team stayed kind and understanding and kept trying to help us and provide the best service they could. I've seen the rooms, and they're nice, but the real reason to come is Sean Thomas and his staff. They worked tirelessly over the three days I interacted with them to help people feel welcome. Thank you, Sean, and thanks to everyone I met. You did good in someone's life, and that means something.

I travel around the country for work and stay at Comfort Inns all the time. They're my preferred hotels. My company pays with a CLC Lodging card, and I'm also a Choice Rewards member. I always mention that at check-in to get my points, wherever I am. So I was surprised when the front desk person said this particular hotel doesn't give points to guests using CLC cards. He was flippant when I questioned it and told me to ask CLC. I did, and as I expected, they said Choice Rewards has nothing to do with CLC and there was no reason I shouldn't get my points. If you use a CLC card, beware: this hotel won't honor the program and give you points like every other Comfort Inn across the country. Leave it to Austin to keep it weird. SMDH!

Robbie and mevla were wonderful. We loved our stay, and as night owls we spent the most time dealing with them. The rooms were perfect and the staff superb, so we'll definitely be back. The location was ideal too, close to great food and a highway into Austin. Thanks, comfort suites!!!!

Everything was great, from the hot tub and fitness center to breakfast and customer service. There's an HEB right across the street, which is handy. They also did their best dealing with the two-day ice storm. Thanks for everything!
