I booked a room at Fairmont Austin for my son last weekend, and the team made his stay feel personal before he even arrived. The Guest Experience Concierge team got in touch to ask about his visit. I mentioned that he works in aerospace and loves music and collecting vinyl records, and they used those details to put together a thoughtful surprise. When he arrived, there was a vinyl record player in the room, plus a personalized welcome note that made him feel valued and celebrated. They also prepared a list of local vinyl record shops for him to explore. He’ll remember that creative gesture for a long time. Thank you to Nicole, Pablo, Shalton, and Angel for the care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. They turned what could have been an ordinary weekend at a hotel into something meaningful and unforgettable for my son. Fairmont’s promise of “turning moments into memories” really came through. Personalized service like this is rare. It’s why I think Fairmont Austin deserves its star rating from Forbes Travel Guide. The team represents excellent hospitality, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and thoughtful service. Thanks again for making his stay so special.

Pablo, the concierge, deserves a special mention. He was attentive, kind, and professional, gave us excellent recommendations, and went out of his way to make our stay special. Fairmont Austin itself was a wonderful experience, with beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms, and a great Austin location. After a very long journey, I was welcomed warmly and professionally. I enjoyed the room’s view and appreciated the hotel’s focus on sustainability. It would help to have water easier to find. The small cartons were useful, but I wasn’t always sure where to pick them up. The location was lovely too, near good walking paths, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Seda checked me in and was especially attentive, friendly, and professional. She made everything smooth and stress-free from the start. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept, and the welcoming, organized atmosphere continued through the stay. Service and attention to detail felt in keeping with a luxury hotel. I had a wonderful experience, would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend the Fairmont Hotel.

We loved our two nights at this beautiful place and can’t wait to return. It’s in a great location, and we walked everywhere. The pool and hot tub area was lovely, with beautiful views, and the beds were super comfy. I also adored the full sized Le Labo products in the huge shower. The staff were amazing, especially Seda at the front desk. The Fulton was great for drinks, live music, and breakfast.
