The views from the 14th floor over the river are magnificent, and the one-bedroom was huge. It had everything I needed: fast Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, two TVs, plates and pans, and one of the best beds I’ve slept in. I also had access to the pool, gym, lobby, and business center. It felt like a hotel while letting me live like a local. The Guild Team was very responsive during my June visit to Austin, answering all my requests quickly by text, which is what I prefer. The location is right in the heart of Austin and within walking distance of everything. I’ll stay at a Guild property next time I’m in town.

The service was fantastic, and the unit had a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. Great location, too. This is where I’ll stay every time we visit Austin. All the stars!

The Guild team took great care of us, and the apartment was fully equipped with a lovely view. It’s a beautiful building and apartment, and I had a really good time staying there. Everything was perfect. Also, I loved the giant TV!
