I booked a quick one-night stay here for my executive last month. She loved the experience and asked me to book it again, but the service after checkout was disappointing enough to change her mind. I called for an invoice for accounting, but all three automated phone options led to an “incomplete number.” I couldn't reach anyone or leave a voicemail. Her confirmation number and details also returned “reservation not found” online. I sent a message through the support form and waited four days, well past the stated 24 to 48 hour response window. Then central support told me a confirmation email would arrive within minutes and the invoice a few hours later. Neither came. Today my executive finally reached someone at the hotel, who said a management change on the evening of her stay meant they couldn't access folios from before her checkout date. I understand a management transition can bring challenges, but this wasted so much time and there was no follow-up or resolution. Please do better.

Ash at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I rarely leave reviews unless the service stands out, and he brought the kind of customer care that's missing from many experiences these days. The room was clean and well stocked, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly too.

The room was spacious and laid out well. The inside of the property looked clean and nicely decorated, and it smelled really good when I walked in. A few things in the room, like the bathroom and TV, could use some work, but otherwise it was fine.

I stayed here several times, and it was great two years ago, but it's gone downhill since. There's a moldy smell, only one elevator has ever worked, and the staff aren't always friendly. Stay here if you're in a pinch.
