The unit had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable, which matters a lot to me. It was cute, the location was convenient for downtown, and there were plenty of restaurants and an HEB nearby. Making the reservation was easy, and the company sent instructions before the stay and before we left. The only issue was noise from the huge construction site outside, which starts at 7:30 a.m. Management had warned us it could be noisy and provided earplugs. I'd stay again.

The price was quite reasonable, much less than a hotel would have cost. The host representatives were kind and attentive, and they replied right away when I emailed questions. The place was very clean and had a handy kitchen with a microwave, full refrigerator, and coffee maker, plus a big TV, a queen bed, a pull-out couch bed, a spotless bathroom with open shelves, and a small veranda. A great spot in a convenient part of Austin.

The apartment had everything we needed, and we liked having a covered parking spot included. It's in a quiet neighborhood. We took an Uber downtown so we didn't have to deal with parking there.

The location was great, the place was nicely furnished, and parking was free. But I only ever got lukewarm water, so showers were unpleasant and a lousy way to start the day. For a new building, I don't understand how the hot water can be out.

The host at Holly House was attentive and quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern. When my travel plans changed unexpectedly, they let me check in a little early, which made a big difference after a long day on the road. The home was spotless, cozy, and well maintained, one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I've stayed. This was one of my best VRBO experiences, and I'll book again next time I'm in Austin for business. Thanks so much, Holly House!
