Even with gloomy weather, Diego and Quinn kept a great attitude and were warm and friendly. They got our car quickly each time, helped load our suitcases, and remembered we were heading to a concert. The next day they asked how it went. They were both really kind.

I accidentally left a couple of things in my car after it had already been valet parked at the Marriott Kansas City Downtown. Diego, visiting from Austin, TX, went out of his way to help. He walked me to the car, made sure I felt safe, and got me back to the hotel without any trouble. He was patient, thoughtful, and very kind, which made a stressful moment much easier. That level of hospitality made the stay memorable. Marriott is lucky to have Diego. Thank you for the professionalism and outstanding service!

Billy and Quinn made the valet service quick and easy every time. The staff were friendly and professional, and my car was ready without any hassle. The hotel itself felt fresh, spotless, and well cared for, right down to the little details. I loved staying here and would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean hotel with great service.

Ethan (or Evan? He had light brown hair tied in a bun) was outstanding behind the bar. I’m a bartender myself, and I was floored by how professional he was. He worked incredibly fast, poured accurately, kept everything clean, and carried the workload for his co-bartender while handling drinks for around 50-100 people by himself. Somehow he still made my little sodas with lime a priority every night. The drinks were delicious, and he was personable as well as professional. I tipped as much as I could, but he deserves a raise and proper recognition. I hope the hotel hires more help behind the bar, because he’s carrying the hotel bar every day and night. Thank you!
