The smooth check-in and friendly attendant couldn't make up for the broken air conditioning. The room was quite warm, and the TV didn't work either. The TV wasn't a big deal, but the lack of A/C was. We went to the front desk, and they said they couldn't help. Although empty rooms were there, they said they were booked for the night and had to wait for confirmed no-shows before assigning them. The attendant said they could ask the manager about a rate reduction the next day. We asked for a refund instead and moved to another hotel, which was much cheaper, almost as nice, and comfortably cool. This was an unfortunate turn after our positive review from a few weeks earlier. That stay had been one of our better ones in quite some time, so we booked again. The room was clean, which I need for a decent rating, and had newer, well-equipped furnishings. The fitness center was clean and well equipped, which matters since my wife and I exercise every day. The location worked well for us, with a few restaurants within walking distance. My only small complaint from the first stay was road noise in the room. A little sound insulation could make this a top-notch choice for its price range. We're first-time customers here. I would return, and actually tried to book for tomorrow night, but there's no availability, so I'll move on to another option.

Noah turned what could have been a frustrating booking into an easy, positive experience. I was having trouble arranging my stay, and he patiently and professionally helped me through it. He also helped me get the best possible rate, which I really appreciated. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference. It was a great stay, and because of Noah, I'd definitely come back and recommend the hotel to others. Thank you, Noah.

The way Stephen handled my disappointment made this a GREAT Hotel for me. I'm a long-time Hilton Honors member, and I'd made a request before arriving that never got followed up on. It mattered to my stay, but wasn't the end of the world. Late one evening, I emailed Stephen about it, expecting to hear back the next day. He replied right away and already knew what had happened. Sam at the front desk had taken my disappointment seriously and immediately told Stephen, who answered my email in less than 15 minutes. Major kudos to Stephen and his Team, especially Sam. Raquel, Sam, and Noah were all obviously well trained, and I had exceptional interactions with each of them. No hotel is perfect. The way a team recovers from a problem is what makes the difference between good and Great. I hope this review reaches the ownership or the C-Suite of the management company that operates the hotel.

I've stayed at this location twice and would definitely come back. I travel quite a bit for work, and Sam at the front desk is awesome. The rooms are large and clean, the staff provide great service, and it's reasonably priced. The room carpets were especially clean. There's an outdoor pool, grill area, patio, gym, and laundry available.
