The executive lounge was a nice place to unwind with a drink or snack, and we had a lot of fun spotting the Texas shape in the pool. Our room was roomy, comfortable, and kept in great condition. The whole property looked beautiful and well cared for, and the staff were friendly and quick to help whenever we needed something. We stayed at JW Marriott Austin in August 2021 and loved it. We’d happily return next time we’re in Austin.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the seating was comfortable. Drinks were made just right, too. I loved watching the sun set over downtown from the spacious, clean rooftop pool area. It shifts easily from a relaxed daytime spot to a livelier, upscale atmosphere in the evening. The views are the first thing you notice when you step off the elevator, and they really set the mood. Whether you're local or visiting, the JW Marriott rooftop is a great place to experience. I'll be back.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I slept well in the bed. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were professional. The property is well maintained and has a modern, polished feel, with a convenient downtown location. It does get busy at peak times, though, and service can slow down when it's crowded. For the price, I expected a few more details to feel luxurious instead of standard.

The on-site Italian steakhouse and sports bar were both great, and Angel looked after my table so well that dinner was even more enjoyable. This was my first visit to Austin, and I really liked the city's vibe and all it has to offer. I was in town for business for several days and had a lovely stay. Izack welcomed me warmly and went out of his way to sort out some booking complications. He upgraded me to a great room and even walked me to the elevators. Thanks to everyone who made the visit special. I hope to come back.

Callie made us feel like she'd been looking forward to our arrival all day. She was warm, funny, efficient, and clearly knew what she was doing. We had a lovely stay at the hotel and will be back, especially because of her. Thanks, Callie!
