I won’t be booking our employees at this property after the way my business reservation call went. I first called their sister property, where the representative was helpful and took all my information. He transferred me here to complete a credit card authorization form, which made sense. The woman who answered immediately said they don’t take payment over the phone. I explained that it was a company reservation and the previous representative already had the card details, and that I only needed the authorization form. Even after I clarified several times that it wasn’t personal, she kept repeating that they don’t process personal transactions, without trying to understand or offer a solution. She eventually checked the reservation and acknowledged the card on file, but still insisted they don’t handle personal transactions. The exchange felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. I didn’t get her name.

I stayed here for 11 weeks and it’s a lovely place with good people. Thanks Sam, Sean, Clear, Ann! They cook real eggs for breakfast. Highly recommended :)

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for my one night here. There is an indoor pool, though I didn’t use it. The TV was too small, and using the remote meant typing in every channel number. The TV and remote need updating.

My post about the clerk seems to have been taken down because it was negative, and now the property isn’t refunding my money because I left a negative review. I guess the truth hurts sometimes. She even talked about God. I hope He blesses you, my dear. Have a great day.

The indoor pool water was clear, and the hotel had everything we needed for this stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and we got to choose our floor. Our room was clean and ready, though it had only a shower stall, no tub. The TV didn’t have an HDMI connection, so we couldn’t hook up our laptop to watch movies. Breakfast was the usual buffet with eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, yogurt, and Texas shaped waffles. The selection changed a bit from one day to the next, which was nice. Great value for the price!
