Watkins Glen Harbor

The room was a good size, and we liked the bathroom. It was ready as soon as we arrived around 4 pm. The place was spotless, and the staff were friendly, as they have been on our previous stays. The mattress and pillows felt too firm for my partner, though they suited me. Coffee is set out in the hallway in the morning, and we'd prefer to have it in the room. We've eaten at the restaurant on earlier visits and found it adequate, but had other plans this time. There's also a lovely outdoor seating and fire pit area on the lake side, though the weather kept us from using it. Recommended.

We booked the Romantic Package for our anniversary, and the surprise suite upgrade with a jacuzzi on arrival made the celebration even more special. The staff were wonderful throughout our visit, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It's well placed near both the lake and town. We really appreciated the upgrade and service, and would recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing break. We hope to return.

The rain meant the wedding couldn't be held outside, but the staff quickly arranged a lovely indoor space. It felt beautiful and relaxing, and the wedding itself was wonderful. They also thoughtfully made a special chicken nugget and french fry meal for my 3-year-old granddaughter while everyone else had the wedding feast. I noticed how attentive the staff were in the background to everything going on. It was a lovely experience.

We were here for a couple of nights for a wedding, and the staff made the stay feel special with how friendly and helpful they were. Room service came quickly and was excellent, with a late-night menu available after the restaurant and bar had closed. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were clean and well cared for, and the banquet rooms looked beautiful too.
