The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was simple, and the sofa bed wasn't comfortable, even with an extra topper, so don't count on it for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend that management seal the towels and toilet lid after cleaning and sanitizing, as is normal around the world. Expedia's score was something over 8 out of 10. I think that reflects American travelers' opinions, since they're more easygoing and have lower expectations for the service they receive. For Europeans, Middle Easterners, and East Asians, I think the score should be a solid 6.

I often stay here for work, and the staff are amazing. Even with high occupancy, they remember my work needs and sports teams, and ask how my daughter is doing. I've worked in the spacious lobby from as early as 5 am PDT until midnight so I wouldn't disturb the people sharing my room. They're always gracious and accommodating, and never turn me away. Special shout-out to Candace, who's always smiling and has fresh-baked cookies whenever I see her. Highly recommend for business or family travel.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very nice, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. My one complaint is that a personal item from my nightstand was thrown away. I know it was because I put it in the same place every day.

It's a comfortable, nice hotel that meets guests' needs. The rooms were a good size, clean, and well lit, with comfy beds and clean bathrooms with hot and cold water. Breakfast was nicely arranged, with a reasonable buffet selection and very attentive servers. The person at reception was friendly and helpful. There's a gas station and a few restaurants nearby. It's a little far from downtown and the tourist attractions.
