Roaches everywhere, and the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. I spent just one night, but it was itchy and impossible to sleep while I kept thinking about bugs crawling around. I wouldn’t walk around the room without shoes, and had to put my bags up high hoping the roaches wouldn’t reach them. Absolutely foul.

The staff were terrible. One of my guests was sick and threw up, so I asked to move rooms. They gave me another room, but then the police showed up and evicted me at 5 a.m. They said they’d refund me, but weeks later, when I called, they mysteriously couldn’t help. I don’t recommend this property. Ara at the desk was rude.

I left before my first night was over. There were bloodstains and bugs in the room, and when I asked to switch, the refrigerator in the other room was full of roaches. The stay was horrible, and then they refused to refund me, saying I had caused the bloodstains. That should be illegal. Please spend your money somewhere else unless you want roaches crawling on your face while you sleep. This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

We booked nine nights and paid $580 up front at check-in. On the second morning, there were cockroaches all over the room, by the door, in the kitchen, and on the floor. I took photos and asked the man at the desk, who had tattoos on both arms, to move us, but he refused and told us to leave. He barely looked at the pictures. He said we’d get a refund minus one night, but only $400 came back. That left us paying $180 for a single night in a room full of roaches. When I asked for an itemized receipt, he wouldn’t print one, twice. There were two other customers waiting. Both times, he walked away from the desk and disappeared into the back where customers couldn’t see him. He accused me of raising my voice. I didn’t shout. I asked calmly several times for the receipt, and only raised my tone a little out of frustration at his rude, robotic manner. If I’d really been shouting, wouldn’t the other customers have stepped in or called the police? Nothing like that happened. The property’s security cameras should show what took place. Management, please review the footage and consider whether this staff member knows how to treat customers. He needs proper customer service retraining. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and made no effort to deal with our complaints. During our short stay, two men were also smoking marijuana right outside our room early one morning. I don’t expect a budget property to be luxurious, but basic cleanliness, safety, and respectful service should be a given. Over the past year, I’ve read nearly all the negative reviews here, and most describe the same awful experience I had with the male staff member named Robert. Guests have been reporting bad service from him for over a year, and it’s disappointing that management hasn’t addressed it. In the end, another female staff member kindly and quickly helped me get the refund I was originally entitled to. I still have concerns about the unhelpful male staff member and the property’s poor cleanliness.
