The pool is one of my favorite places here, and the views are incredible. The amenities are top tier, everything is well maintained, and the community feels welcoming and comfortable. For the location and all you get, the price is hard to beat. I've loved living here from day one. The office staff are the best, especially Sylvia, who's kind, helpful, quick to respond, and clearly cares about residents. I'm happy with my choice and plan to renew my lease and stay as long as I can. Highly recommend!

The residents made it easy to settle in, and the price is really good for what's included and for this location. I've liked living at The Edison so far. There's a nice pool, plus a pool table and game room to hang out in, and the rooftop bar with downtown views is a cool extra. Thinking of moving here? Do it!

I've lived here for two years and never seen a cockroach. It's clean, secure, and the safest place. There's a ranger here 24/7. The maintenance people are kind, and Alexis has helped me a lot. Thanks too to Diosmany for keeping the building clean. Joe and Sylvia are nice as well. My apartment is comfortable and has a nice view of downtown.

Ashlyn has shared lots of good recommendations for food and things to do, and Sylvia always greets me with a warm smile. She also helped my move from Arizona go smoothly. I've been at the Edison for a few months, and the staff are clearly dedicated to making apartment life better. My experience has been great so far, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the complex continues to improve with this team.

I first chose this place for its location near downtown, and after almost a year I just renewed because the apartment complex is so good. The staff are always friendly, maintenance is quick, and safety and cleanliness are consistently spot on. This really is the place to be.
