My car quit on me in the middle of a move, and because of my age, no other place in town would rent me a room. The people here got me checked in right away, then let me stay two extra hours when the car still couldn't be fixed. The hotel is a little dated, though it didn't affect my stay. The front desk staff were incredibly kind. I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Austinburg.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the Valentine's Day suite with my wife, and the staff had clearly put a lot of care into it. We were really pleased and plan to come back. Thanks, America's Best!

For a budget motel, this is a good choice. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and it's handy to the highway. Breakfast was an okay continental spread. You get what you pay for, but it's good for what it is.

The building feels dated throughout, and paying $200 for two nights without an indoor pool or workout room was a bummer. Even the vending machines only take cash. Still, I was really happy with how clean the rooms were and how great the staff were. They deserve an upgraded facility, and their kindness goes a long way toward making up for it.

A basic value hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable it was. The bed and pillows were great. I also loved the hemp shampoo and conditioner, though I wish I'd thought to note the brand. Breakfast was pretty much a letdown, with almost nothing there, but that's not a big deal. I'd stay again when I'm nearby.
