What really made me write this review was Jason, a wonderful hotel worker who came in on his day off to scrape snow off cars and shovel around them. I was ready to help, but he insisted I stay in the car while he handled it. Maybe that's normal in the snow belt, but it was some of the best hotel service I've had. Thank you, Jason! I'd stopped on the way to Toledo after setting out without checking the weather. At 11 pm visibility was almost zero, and I stayed on track by following a truck with its flashers on. The hotel was decently priced and included breakfast. I usually stick with IHG hotels because I have an IHG rewards Mastercard. My room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly.

The room felt like a nice little apartment, and there was a pool as well. The hotel also serves breakfast every day, with something different each day. I stayed while I was in the area for work and had a great experience. Hopefully I get to stay here again.

The location just off the highway was convenient, and the price was great. I'm a Gold Elite member who stays at lots of IHG hotels, and this one stood out. The rooms were very clean and nicely renovated, with thoughtful little extras. The desk staff and manager were amazing. Highly recommend.

The room was really clean, and housekeeping carts had everything I could need. I asked both the housekeepers and the front desk plenty of questions to make my stay comfortable, and everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Just ask if you need something.

The Wi-Fi didn't work, so don't plan on connecting a gaming console. The TV was bad even when I could get it working, and there wasn't a remote. The in-room coffee maker didn't work properly either. They also charged more than the amount stated at booking and didn't tell me.
