There was nobody at the front desk for about five minutes when my husband went to check us in. The lobby and hallway smelled awful, though our room smelled fine and we didn't spot any bugs when we checked. In the morning, my husband found a bed bug. We told the staff, and they didn't seem to care. We won't stay here again.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The bathroom was covered in dog hair, and about two hours after trying to sleep, I woke up with two bed bugs biting me. Both were adults. Given how bad the infestation seemed, I can't believe housekeeping wouldn't have noticed them before putting me in that room. They must have had them for months for the bugs to be fully grown, or so it seems. The front desk said we'd need to call management in the morning to ask for a refund. After reading other reviews, I don't think this place gives refunds anyway. We left after two hours, so we didn't even get what we paid for. I'm having panic attacks about bugs after that short stay. I won't accept an excuse. Pay us back, or I'll keep reporting the establishment to the proper authorities. With conditions this bad, I'm sure the BBB hasn't had a chance to visit. I feel lucky this isn't illegal, or I'd be suing. In response to the owner's comment: I looked up bed bug reviews afterward and found several replies about roaches, which makes this seem like a pattern at your hotel. The two bugs in my photos, the ones that bit me, were adults. They take at least five weeks to mature, so it seems you've had an issue for months and must have known. This place is disgusting.

We booked a non-smoking room, but the rooms across the hall were for smoking. The marijuana smell in the hallway was overwhelming whether people were in the room beside us or across from us. That was my main issue. The sheets and towels were clean, but the bed covers had lots of stains. I was surprised there weren't any complimentary toiletries, not even hand soap. I booked a king and got two doubles. Since it was late and I was traveling with my dog, I didn't go back to ask for a king room. It was too much trouble. I wouldn't stay again.

Good value and a handy location for a stop during a trip. The room was simple and clean when we arrived. Breakfast came with the stay, but it was just cereal and toast.
