Best Western Hamilton Inn

We stayed a week during a motorcycle trip and would come back. Our big group sat outside in lawn chairs visiting every evening, with no issues. Room 139 had a very comfortable bed, and they serviced the room daily. The motel was clean, and Harry was a sweetheart, really helpful. Coffee Cup Cafe across the street was great too!

The staff are great and the rooms are decent enough, but the manager makes me uncomfortable. They keep looking into guests’ rooms and sometimes go inside without the guests knowing. I wouldn’t stay here unless I had to.

The beds are comfortable, and the owners are VERY friendly and helpful. My room was basic but clean, with no major complaints. The towels felt rough, the shampoo packets were REALLY difficult to open, and the outlets were in awkward spots.

It was a nice enough place, though I’ve stayed in better. We paid $118, which felt kind of high. There wasn’t a continental breakfast, and the water wasn’t very hot. The bathroom had just a couple of towels, no washcloths, no travel-size shampoo or other shower containers, and no travel toothbrush like some hotels provide. There were also no containers of ice for water, which I’ve seen at other hotels and really like having. The toilet seat was stained yellow, and there was blue soap or something in the bathtub. When I called, the woman was really hard to understand and seemed to be speaking Spanish, so I could hardly make out what she was saying. They need someone who speaks English answering the phone. If you stay, bring your own shower supplies.
