The big deck became our favorite place to eat together, have a cocktail, or just sit and take in the coast. Avila Beach is a peaceful little town with beautiful scenery, and I think it has the best coastal weather in the county. We’ve stayed at this rental several times with three couples, and it’s become one of my favorite places to get away. There’s room for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen has all the utensils and gadgets we needed to cook. The washer and dryer are handy after a day at the beach, too. It has everything we need for a relaxing stay.

The closet under the stairs has beach chairs and sand toys, and they provide soap for the washer and dryer. We love coming back to this great house every summer. It’s one block from the beach, and the kitchen has everything we need.
