Budget Inn Of Avon Park

The room was spacious and felt up to date, with lovely countertops and flooring. The price was great, especially when even run-down places can cost so much these days. I’m in the area for work, and this will be my go-to hotel from now on. Couldn’t be happier.

The beds felt a bit too firm, but the room and bathroom were clean, and the location was pretty convenient. All in all, it wasn’t a bad stay.

I chose this place for an affordable work trip, since it was listed as three stars. I have no idea how it got that rating or how it’s still open, and I plan to contact the BBB. The pillows and mattress had heavy brown stains, and the place was infested with roaches. I’m adding photos so people will know to look elsewhere. Even after I showed proof and had to book another hotel, the owners refused to help. They were unprofessional and stinky. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The room had roaches, and there were stains on the sheets, covers, and towels. After I left and returned, some of the furniture seemed to have been moved, so it looked like someone had been in my room. I’m disabled and use crutches, but they rushed me out. She unlocked my door before I had a chance to leave on my own. I don’t trust these people.
