The room cleaning was disappointing. There’s no room service, and even when I asked, they didn’t take care of the basics. The hotel itself is simple and could improve, especially with daily housekeeping. On the other hand, the service team and breakfast staff were excellent. Devon deserves a special mention, he was very kind and tried hard to help and sort everything out.
The room was plain and felt kind of empty, with basically nothing on the walls. Still, it was clean and the bed was comfortable, so it did the job. I thought the price was a bit high for what you get, but 🤷🏻♀️ it was fine.

I had a great stay and really enjoyed the breakfast. Check-in took a while, which was a little off-putting at first, though it seemed like a slow night and the attendant may have been busy with other duties. He was very nice, checked me in without any trouble, and never acted annoyed. Checkout was even smoother. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the hotel. The price is great for the amenities and what you get. I stay in hotels every week, and if I’m recommending this one, trust me, you should stay here.
A few things went wrong during our stay. The room we were first given hadn’t been cleaned, and the outlets on the lamp stand didn’t work, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t very good, with too few choices for picky little kids. My mom and son also got stuck in the elevator.
