Inside, the place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Outside was a different story: the patios had weeds and spider webs, the trees were so overgrown we couldn’t see the mountains, and a huge bush made it hard to get to the front door. There was no light on the back patio for grilling after dark. Our stay would have been better if the outside had been cared for, and with those problems, it wasn’t worth the $$$ we paid.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and we loved our stay. It’s about a 1-hour-15-minute drive to major Yosemite sights like Bridalveil Falls and Lower and Upper Yosemite Falls. Nearby, there’s a town with several restaurants and shops, plus a big grocery store. The door lock wouldn’t lock, possibly because the battery was low. I called the number I’d been given, and even though it was around 9 pm, someone came within an hour to replace the battery and fix it.

Very nice and clean, with plenty of furnishings and an outdoor grill. We even saw deer in the front yard!
