Disgusting place. I saw big and small roaches on my second night, and every inch of the room was filthy. The sheets were stained, and the light switches had that brown bedbug film. Every white pair of socks I brought turned black. There was dog diarrhea and shady people outside. I spent only 5 hours there across 5 days. I’m leaving all my stuff in the truck bed, then getting it commercially washed.

I canceled my stay and was told I’d get a refund, but after a week and a half it still hadn’t come through. I went back to the hotel, and Celina at the desk helped by calling Priceline, which was holding the refund, and got it back for me. Big shout-out to her for going above and beyond. Celina, keep up the dope work. I’m giving her 10 stars.

The front desk lady was very nice, but the rooms were filthy. They moved us three times before we got one that was sort of clean, and even then the sheets were dirty, so we took them off and used our own. In the first room there was blood on the covers and trash on the bathroom floor. The last one had a condom in the toilet and piss stains on the seat. Staff kept saying they were sorry about the dirty rooms, but nobody sent housekeeping. I’d never recommend this place for a family with kids.

I paid for a full week, but after I couldn’t find my ID, the manager kicked me out before giving me a chance to get someone to bring it. My disability makes me forget things, and I was waiting for him because I needed help with this. I felt confused and abused by how he treated me, like I was some random person off the street. The stress sent me to the hospital for 3 days, and even then I wasn’t allowed back to the hotel in Middleburg Heights. They still charged me for the whole week. All I needed was my ID. We’ll be protesting this treatment of people with disabilities. The manager could have tried to help, but instead he threw me out. Never deal with him. He doesn’t care about you or anyone else. Horrible.
