Location was the main reason we liked these units. We could walk to restaurants and activities around town, and after visiting Avon four times, we plan to return and will very likely stay here again. I’m giving five stars for what you get at this price. There are more luxurious places in Avon with more resort amenities, which we’ve tried, but they cost quite a bit more. It depends what you’re after. We rented two premium two-bedroom units at The Seasons at Avon in early September 2021. Since they’re privately owned, the units differed, though both were renovated and had good quality amenities: compact but nice kitchens, cooking utensils, linens, TVs, washers and dryers, showers, and beds. Each had a small balcony for a morning coffee or evening drink, and space for a mountain bike. They clearly say there’s no air conditioning, and both units had two box fans. The high temperature reached 88F, so the rooms got warm, but not hot, for a few hours before sunset. They cooled quickly afterward and were great at night.

You can catch the free Avon Skirt Shuttle right outside the building for rides to Beaver Creek and Vail, or head to the gondola in front of the Westin for Beaver creek Ski resort. There are ski lockers and underground parking, too. Our premium condo was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. It had a kitchen and one bedroom, plus a queen Murphy bed in the living room for kids or other guests. A good option for a vacation in the Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail area.

The rooms are really nice, and the kitchen comes fully stocked. There’s a garage and ski lockers, too. You can walk to the WestInn gondola or catch the skiers shuttle or city bus to Vail, so the location works well.

The bus stop for BC and Vail is right outside, and you’re near restaurants, ski shops, and a liquor store. The staff were great and the grounds were clean. We stayed at Seasons for four nights in February 2021 and had a fantastic time. I’d suggest booking a Premium room. Those have been renovated recently and are very nice. The Standard rooms are dated, and you may not be happy with the amenities. We had no complaints and will definitely return.

Unit #315 felt like stepping into the 80s. It smelled old and looked dated. Usually that wouldn’t bother me, but at $500 a night I expected better accommodation and amenities. The front desk staff were nice, though it’s a managed condo with different owners, so I can’t say what the other units are like. Parking is very tight. I didn’t use the gym, but the pool facilities are in another building and cost extra. I later found out we could have stayed in Arrowhead Village for $400 a day, including breakfast. It’s more updated and very close to the ski lift.
