Location was the main reason we liked these units. We could walk to restaurants and activities around town, and after visiting Avon four times, we plan to return and will very likely stay here again. I’m giving five stars for what you get at this price. There are more luxurious places in Avon with more resort amenities, which we’ve tried, but they cost quite a bit more. It depends what you’re after. We rented two premium two-bedroom units at The Seasons at Avon in early September 2021. Since they’re privately owned, the units differed, though both were renovated and had good quality amenities: compact but nice kitchens, cooking utensils, linens, TVs, washers and dryers, showers, and beds. Each had a small balcony for a morning coffee or evening drink, and space for a mountain bike. They clearly say there’s no air conditioning, and both units had two box fans. The high temperature reached 88F, so the rooms got warm, but not hot, for a few hours before sunset. They cooled quickly afterward and were great at night.
