The grounds are lovely and peaceful, the staff are so nice, and free laundry is a bonus. I didn’t use the showers or restrooms, though I’m sure they were kept clean and in good shape. The drive, honestly, was awful. We had a 35 foot class A while towing a jeep, and it was the wildest road we’ve ever taken. It just kept going, winding along as a single lane in many spots. We entered from one side and left by the other, and both routes were horrible. It took over an hour to get to Sequoia, and about as long to Kings Canyon. If you can handle that drive, the place itself is pretty.

Amanda was especially welcoming, friendly, and helpful during our stay, which made a real difference. We stayed one night last Sunday at Sequoia Resort & RV Park and had a great experience. The clean, well-kept park clearly gets good care, and the RV sites were easy to pull into even with our trailer. The full hookups were handy and worked well. It’s also conveniently located for visiting Kings Canyon National Park and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the visit and will definitely return next time we’re in the parks.

We spent three nights in house no. 3 as a family of four and had a wonderful time. I especially liked the artwork and magazines in the living room, and spent a lot of time outside on the patio in the sun, watching cats and turkeys wander around. The house is spacious, with a big kitchen, an outdoor propane grill, and a nice dining area. There were all the basic pots and pans for cooking, though the knives could use sharpening. The host was very nice and even checked whether we needed anything when she went into the nearby town. Bring your groceries with you, since the road into town is long and winding. I highly recommend this place.

With our long bed truck and 41 ft. 5th Wheel, we couldn’t see a safe way to get to the resort, and ended up losing our deposit. I wish I’d seen the earlier reviews, and the website should explain what the road in is like. Andrea was nice on the phone and said other people had made it up, though she wasn’t sure how they managed it. It may be a wonderful resort, but we were disappointed that we couldn’t make it there to stay.

Andrea was a super friendly host, and the sites were perfect. The place was relaxing and really nice. There’s Wi-Fi in the small library, and although there are only two bathrooms/toilets, they’re very clean. Just be aware it’s a steep, winding 30 minute descent from kings canyon visitor center. We loved our stay.
