Please choose somewhere else if you care about the wildlife and this mountain community. Despite multiple complaints that were supposedly sent to the owner and ignored, this VRBO leaves trash unsecured, against local regulations for bear activity. Bears get into it weekly, drawing more bear activity and human encounters to the area. If something happens, the bears could be put down, and someone could get hurt. Please respect the fragile mountain ecosystem and stay somewhere that follows local rules and takes care of the wildlife.
