I stayed February 15-16, and management's response made an already awful experience worse. I spoke directly with the general manager about the cleanliness, but they refused any refund or compensation. Their only offer was to move us to another room. We were uncomfortable and worried the same thing might happen there, but had nowhere else to go. The room had multiple cockroaches crawling around, including near the bed, and flies throughout. That's a serious health concern and completely unacceptable. No guest should have to deal with that. With the poor cleanliness and management response, I can't recommend staying here.

The breakfast room was spotless and well stocked, with fresh, hot coffee. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, and quiet. We'll be back.

The main thing going for the hotel is how close it is to the freeway. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the wall AC made awful noise and blew air right at my family even on low. The shower wouldn't drain, its handle was nearly falling off the wall and hard to use, and the TV remote didn't work properly. I seriously doubt I'll stay here again.

We had a nice room with a mini fridge and microwave, and the lobby was clean and pleasant. The restrooms, gym, laundry room, and pool were clean too. There’s a little of everything here, including free breakfast and parking, plus a small area to buy snacks and food. You can walk to a steak house and Costco. I'll come back on my next visit. The one thing I didn't like was the parking. A few times we had to tell the front desk that guests were double parking.

The room was nice, with plenty of outlets for electronics. I did have to use the wall outlets on both sides of the work desk, which could be inconvenient if your charging cables are short. The staff were courteous, and the breakfast area was one of the better ones I've seen at a Fairfield. I had a great stay at this Fairfield Inn.
