The room itself was okay for the price, but I ended up being charged three times for the stay. Booking charged me once, then the desk took my deposit without telling me, and I noticed that charge on my phone the next morning. When I spoke with the front desk, they sent me back to Booking and seemed fine with me paying double. Today the deposit charge was changed to exactly the cost of the stay, but nobody explained why the full deposit wasn’t refunded.

Got in at 3 a.m. and received great service. The price was low, too.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude.

My pick for the best hotel in Bakersfield.

The diner worker with the unusual lip piercing was really disrespectful to my family and had no customer service skills. She cursed at coworkers and tossed plates onto customers’ tables. We were being ignored, so we ended up going behind the counter to get our own silverware. She shouldn’t be working there.
