The bed was comfortable and the furniture looked new, so it's okay for a quick night's rest. But I wouldn't return. There's no iron, hair dryer, or coffee maker in the room, and the bath towels are so thin you may want to bring your own or ask for extras. Our room shared a wall with the breakfast area, so from 6 a.m. we heard the waffle maker beep every two minutes.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean with a pretty good shower. My bed was much too soft for my taste, and the air conditioning was loud. Breakfast was limited to cereal and waffles, with mediocre coffee and what didn't seem like real orange juice. The waffle batter dispenser was broken, though the staff were helpful about it. At a considerably lower rate, I might give this place a third star and call it okay.

Update: It's still a very nice hotel, and the staff are nice, but I'm starting to think it isn't very family-friendly. We've spent close to $1,000 on lodging here over the past two weeks, then got noise complaints in the middle of the day because our three children, all under six, were too loud for the neighbors. I understand the complaints, but it's nearly impossible to keep children those ages completely quiet. Our boys are two and five, and our girl is six, almost seven. They fuss, fight, and play. I won't strap them to the bed, so I try to take them out during the day, even on Mother's Day. The first part of our stay was comfortable: I saw no bugs, it was fairly quiet, and the customer service was exceptional. We brought the family and found it accommodating. I would likely stay again and recommend it. The main thing that would improve it is having a fridge and microwave.

For the price, it was fine, especially since I only needed a place to sleep between two very long days. The room and furniture seemed recently renovated, and everything was clean, but the sheets and towels were worn and old. Breakfast came with the stay, though it wasn't tasty, just enough to put something in my stomach before checkout.
