Whispering Meadows Apartments

I leased month to month and was placed with other working professionals in similar short-term situations, including travel nurses, business owners, construction workers, and state road crews. Whispering Meadows felt like a home away from home. I've lived here for three months, and Dana Barton, the property manager, and her team have been courteous and professional from the start, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The apartments are clean, quiet, and comfortable, and my furnished unit came with all the essentials I could think of: towels, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, silverware, dishes, paper towels, and more. The green, well-kept grounds are unusual for Bakersfield, and the maintenance and lawn care staff are friendly and helpful too. The complex is fenced and gated, with a night security guard. Each apartment has an assigned covered parking spot. Rent is affordable, with options for utilities and Wi-Fi, and you can choose furnished or unfurnished. If you're in Bakersfield and need somewhere for a night, a month, or longer, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Photo is the view from the patio unit 604 D.

I recently moved out of Whispering Meadows and really loved living there. The apartments were a great size, and I liked walking my dog on the lawn out front. Seeing the security guard around at night made me feel very safe. I always brought my things inside, and never had trouble with break-ins. The office staff and other employees were always accommodating. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to move here!

We started calling Whispering Meadows home in July, and we're happy to be here. The grounds are well kept, the pools and spas stay clean, and the fitness center has great equipment. The staff are wonderful and respond promptly whenever I've called for something. There's also a small fenced area where you can let your dog off leash, and they provide doggie bags. I highly recommend this property.
