The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort

The personal butler service made everything feel effortless and exclusive, and the staff throughout the resort were warm, attentive, and focused on making our stay memorable. We stayed in a beautiful suite with a gorgeous ocean view, and the hotel’s elegant design and art gave it a unique, sophisticated feel. The food was outstanding at every meal, both in quality and presentation. Everything from the rooms to the service and atmosphere felt five star. Our stay at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort was exceptional from beginning to end, and we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

The pool and beach areas were spacious and uncrowded compared with other beachfront St. Regis properties we’ve stayed at. Chairs were always easy to find, and service was efficient and amazing. Our enormous room was clean and comfortable, and the special touches made us feel very well treated. Everyone was sweet and friendly as we celebrated our anniversary and babymoon. It’s a beautiful resort with impeccable service, and I’d highly recommend it for a quiet, luxurious stay. We’ll definitely be back. A couple of notes: road construction in front of the hotel means there’s no direct pedestrian path to the bal harbour shops right now, but the detours still make it an easy 10-15 minute walk. Makoto at the bal harbour shops is great, and the house car, a Bentley, can take you to Thomas Keller’s Surf Club restaurant nearby. Both restaurants are fantastic.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lots of high-quality options and impeccable service. We also appreciated the complimentary amenities and exclusive benefits for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite members, which added a lot of value. My wife and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, and the team made it memorable. General Manager Carlo Javakhia deserves special thanks; his leadership shows in how the hotel operates. The staff were attentive, friendly, and consistently made us feel valued. We’ve stayed at many Marriott Bonvoy properties around the world, and this one stands apart for its attention to detail, luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and commitment to guests. Thank you to the whole team. We look forward to returning and making more memories.
