Vernon and Walter have been dependable and thorough whenever maintenance was needed. They made sure the hot water problems were properly resolved instead of just temporarily patched, and they handled the work with care. They’re quick to respond, efficient, and professional, which makes it reassuring to have them on the team.

Looked out first thing this morning after the snowstorm and saw Walter, Vernon, and Gabe working hard to take care of us. Everyone at Union Wharf always goes above and beyond. We appreciate you so much!

A few months into living here, I’m really glad we moved in. The cleaning crew does a great job keeping the building clean, and the security team is friendly while helping the community feel safe. The maintenance staff have been great too. Walter was one of the first people we met, and he’s been welcoming, professional, prompt, and responsive to our requests. Michelle has also been helpful since move-in, answering our questions and getting back to us. The staff are friendly, professional, and available when residents need something. I’d recommend this place to anyone thinking about moving to Baltimore.

Mr. Walter and Mr. Vernon were considerate about replacing my washer and dryer. They knew my pup gets anxious, so they worked with me to find a time that suited us. Really appreciated their kindness and the quality of the service.
