The customer service was the best part of my visit. At check-in, the desk agent was so sweet I could've sworn she was made of sugar. As I was leaving, a man and a housekeeper struck up a conversation with me, and both were extremely nice. The hotel and my room were clean, and overall I had a great experience. With staff this good, I felt that if anything came up they'd be happy to help make the stay decent. Great employees here. Five stars.

Our cruise ship was delayed getting to port because of bad weather, so we stayed for two nights. Marlo was nice when we checked in and again at checkout. Big thanks to McKenzie Cole for sorting out all the accommodations even though the hotel was full. He was friendly and polite, and even took a picture of us. Good stay, and he represents the company well.

I’m Brandon with NEATS Towing & Repair Llc. I drove from Arkansas for the Baltimore Tow Show in 2025 and would highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express Baltimore. The front desk team was exceptionally courteous and let me check in a little before my scheduled arrival. Since I’d driven all that way, their help with the check-in made things smoother and avoided delays. The room was spotless. I plan to book again for next year’s Tow Show.

Our semi-truck broke down, so we ended up staying here for three nights. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the cleaning staff were so sweet and attentive. Diamond was especially friendly and helpful throughout. If we're in town again, we'll definitely stay here.
